AlterEgo provides AI-powered gender transformation services that generate realistic opposite-gender portraits while preserving facial features. The Service uses advanced AI models to process uploaded photos and create transformed images.

3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use the Service
• Account Termination: You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Upload images of individuals without their consent

Generated Images: You own the AI-generated images created from your uploads, subject to these Terms.

Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including AI models, algorithms, and platform technology, is owned by AlterEgo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

• Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Creem
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial periods
• Credits: Purchased credits do not expire for one-time purchases. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
