Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
GenderFlip is an adult-only AI image transformation service. This policy explains what is prohibited, how we review content, and how to report abuse. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Permission and adult-only use
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Only upload a photo of yourself or an adult who has expressly authorized this specific use.
- Do not upload images of minors, people who cannot consent, or private images obtained without permission.
- You are responsible for having all necessary privacy, publicity, copyright, and trademark rights.
2. Prohibited content and conduct — six prohibited categories
- Sexual or pornographic content, nudity, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Any content involving minors, including child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions, age-regression intended to sexualize a person, or attempts to make an adult appear to be a child in a sexual context.
- Graphic violence, gore, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism, or credible threats.
- Hateful content, harassment, bullying, or content targeting a protected group.
- Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, identity abuse, political manipulation, or content presented as authentic evidence of events that did not occur.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized celebrity or character exploitation, illegal content, malware, security bypasses, automated abuse, or attempts to evade safety or payment controls.
3. AI models and safety controls
- GenderFlip currently uses image models delivered through FAL, including Nano Banana for standard transformations and GPT Image 2 for HD transformations.
- The normal product flow uses server-defined transformation instructions, and requests and outputs are subject to automated safety systems operated by the underlying AI providers.
- Public-gallery submissions require the user to confirm consent. Gallery content and user reports may be manually reviewed, restricted, or removed while we investigate.
- We keep limited records of model and provider identifiers, task status, reports, and enforcement actions as needed to investigate abuse and payment disputes.
4. Enforcement
- If an AI provider rejects a request or no usable result is delivered because of a technical or safety failure, the generation credit is restored.
- Reported or reviewed public content may be removed or restricted while we investigate.
- We may remove public content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests.
- Repeated attempts to bypass controls may result in account termination without advance notice.
5. Reporting abuse
- Email support@genderflip.org with the subject “Content Report”. Include the gallery URL or task reference, the reason for the report, and any supporting context.
- For suspected child sexual abuse material or an immediate threat, contact the appropriate local authority first, then notify us.
- We review reports and may remove content or restrict an account while investigating.
6. Appeals and updates
- If you believe a safety decision was incorrect, email support@genderflip.org with the subject “Safety Appeal” and the task reference.
- Do not resend prohibited source material by email. We may ask for additional non-sensitive context.
- We may update this policy as our models, legal obligations, or safety controls change.
