**Is it free?**
Signing up includes 1 free generation, delivered as a watermarked preview. Clean originals need a credit pack, from $1.99. See [pricing](https://www.genderflip.org/pricing.md).

**Do I need an account?**
Yes. Sign in with email or Google before generating.

**Do I need to install an app?**
No. It runs in the browser on phone or desktop.

**How long does it take?**
About 10 to 20 seconds for a standard image. Cosplay HD takes around 2 minutes.

**Will the result look like me?**
The aim is the same person with a different gender presentation, so face structure and skin tone are kept. Clear frontal photos give the closest match.

**Why was my photo rejected?**
The image model refuses some photos, and automated checks block content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy. The credit is refunded. Try a clear, well-lit photo of one adult, fully clothed.

**Can I try Halloween costumes and makeup?**
Yes. The [AI Halloween costume generator](https://www.genderflip.org/ai-halloween-costume-generator) offers Halloween Vampire and Night Witch presets. Each combines a costume, hairstyle and matching dramatic makeup while asking the model to preserve your identity. It is not a makeup-only editor or live camera filter. Results can vary. **Can I use the results commercially?**
Generally yes. GenderFlip assigns you any rights it holds in generated images, as long as you own the source photo, have permission from anyone pictured, and follow local law. See the [Terms](https://www.genderflip.org/terms).

**Is there a subscription?**
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases.
