# Privacy and photo handling

- Uploads are encrypted in transit.
- Photos and results are processed and stored by the AI, moderation and storage providers described in the [Privacy Policy](https://www.genderflip.org/privacy).
- To ask for your photos or account data to be deleted, use the [contact form](https://www.genderflip.org/contact?topic=deletion) and choose “Delete my data”. We verify account ownership before processing. The request covers linked uploads, results, previews, and the account; provider copies and backups may follow separate procedures.
- You must be an adult, and you must own the photo or have permission from the person in it.
- We publish results in the gallery only if you choose to share them and they pass publication review. Legacy image delivery links may be accessible to anyone holding the URL; keep those links private. Where the generator offers private-history controls, new generator images require authenticated access and follow the deadlines shown there. Private saving is optional and does not authorize public sharing. Expiry stops access before scheduled file cleanup; provider records may follow separate procedures.
